Yupia, Sep 25: The Seva Sankalp Abhiyaan 2026, a month-long nationwide public service and awareness campaign being observed from September 17 to October 17, 2026, will be taken forward in Papum Pare district with special service camps at Kimin and Sagalee on September 29.

The nationwide campaign is being organised in the context of 25 years of public service by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and seeks to promote public participation while highlighting welfare initiatives, development programmes and policy measures. The campaign also seeks to create greater awareness among citizens about government schemes and facilitate access to their benefits. 

As part of the initiative in Papum Pare, a special camp will be organised at the Office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kimin, where various departments under Kimin Administrative Sub-Division will participate and facilitate citizens with information, applications and eligible government services.

Similarly, in Sagalee Sub-Division, ADC Sagalee Kipa Raja, APCS, has directed all Heads of Offices to organise special camps at their respective offices on September 29 for delivery and disposal of on-the-spot services under relevant Central and State Government schemes.

The public in Sagalee Sub-Division has been urged to visit the offices of the concerned Heads of Offices wherever they require information or assistance regarding government schemes, programmes and services.

The district administration has appealed to the people of Kimin and Sagalee to make maximum use of the Seva Sankalp Abhiyaan and participate in the special camps by carrying relevant documents required for accessing the respective schemes and services. (DIPRO)
