Likabali, Oct 2: A Sampark Sabha was conducted at Police Station Likabali under the chairmanship of the Superintendent of Police, Lower Siang District, in the presence of the Dy.SP (HQ), RI (P), all Officer-in-Charges (OCs), and police personnel of Lower Siang District.

The Sampark Sabha was organised with the objective of facilitating direct interaction between senior officers and police personnel and providing a platform for personnel to openly share their grievances, difficulties, suggestions and concerns related to their welfare and working conditions.

During the interaction, police personnel were given an opportunity to put forward their issues and suggestions before the supervisory officers. The SP, Lower Siang, patiently heard the concerns raised and assured the personnel that genuine issues would be examined and addressed at the appropriate level.

The senior officers also emphasized the importance of maintaining discipline, professionalism, mutual cooperation and effective communication within the police force for efficient discharge of duties.

The Sampark Sabha provided a constructive platform for interaction between supervisory officers and police personnel and contributed towards strengthening welfare, morale, coordination and the overall effective functioning of the Lower Siang District Police. (DIPRO)
